1. Scope

  3. Delivery Services and Transit Periods
    Homebinlab arranges secure deliveries using established international carriers, including priority services operated by DHL, FedEx, and UPS where available for the destination region.
    The estimated delivery period for standard international orders is between five and eleven (5-11) business days following dispatch.
    Customers who provide a valid email address during checkout automatically receive secure shipment notifications tracking significant delivery milestones, including dispatch confirmation, carrier processing updates, and local delivery progress.
    Where a shipment strictly exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, Homebinlab will immediately initiate a formal tracking investigation with the relevant carrier. Upon carrier verification of a transit issue or loss, Homebinlab guarantees a swift resolution by providing either a replacement shipment or a full refund of the purchase amount to protect the consumer from transaction loss.
  4. Right of Withdrawal
    For eligible consumer purchases within the European Economic Area (EEA) and other jurisdictions providing equivalent statutory protections, customers possess an absolute legal right to exercise the Right of Withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the physical goods are received, without providing a reason for the decision.

    Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in a condition strictly suitable for resale, together with all original packaging and accessories supplied with the order.
